Kale Power Smoothie


Ingredients


3 organic curly kale leaves 

1 handful of baby spinach leaves 
1 small handful of almonds soaked overnight 
100g frozen blueberries

50g frozen raspberries 
300g water 
1 tablespoon of coconut oil 
1 tablespoon of chia seeds 
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds




Place all ingredients in the Termomix.  
Blend for 2 minutes on speed 10.
Add a handful of ice if you want a cold smoothie.
Banana or other frozen fruit can be added to change it up! 


I start each morning with this healthy power smoothie and it tastes delicious! 

It is full of essential phytonutrients from the greens and berries, protein from the nuts, omega's from the seeds and healthy fat from the coconut oil!
